A Few Policies
1 night minimum stay Monday - Thursday. 2 night minimum stay Friday - Sunday
Maximum number of guests per room is two
Visa or MC required for reservation. 50% deposit on first night's stay upon reservation, balance due on check-in
100% refund for cancellations with 72 hours notice. 50% refund prior to 24 hours. 0% refund with less than 24 hour notice
Check-in time is between 3 and 7 pm. Please phone us if delayed or you require an earlier check-in time. Check-out time is Noon.
Smoking outside on your personal deck only. No smoking elsewhere on the Ranch please
Small dogs may be welcome at no charge (some restrictions apply). Please inquire
Please keep noise to a minimum. When audible to others, electronic devices are not permitted
There is no wireless or other computer access available for guests. The guesthouse has no phone. Most cell phones do receive signal here (major providers)
Suites have TV/VCR for movie viewing (DVD library provided), but we do not provide television reception
This is a working ranch. To avoid hazards, guests are asked to not enter any structure other than the guesthouse without our guidance. Fences may be electrified
